  • For products weighing less than 1 kg: A shipping cost of ₹200 will be applied to your order. This tier is designed for smaller items that may not require extensive packaging or logistical efforts but still need to be handled with care.

  • For products weighing between 1 kg and 2 kg: A shipping cost of ₹400 will be applied. Items in this weight category often involve slightly more complex shipping processes, requiring additional packaging materials or resources to ensure safe delivery.

  • For products weighing between 2 kg and 3 kg: A shipping cost of ₹600 will be charged. Larger, heavier products in this weight range often necessitate more durable packaging and specialized handling. While our delivery partners work to keep costs as low as possible, this weight category reflects the extra effort involved.

  • For products weighing more than 3 kg: Additional charges may apply depending on the specific weight and dimensions of the product. Our support team will reach out to you with an accurate shipping cost if your order falls into this category.

Once an order is processed, it will be dispatched for shipping. Depending on the delivery partner and the destination, you will receive a notification once your order is on its way, along with the necessary tracking information.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

9. Delivery Attempt and Failure

If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available to receive the package, our courier partners will attempt redelivery up to two additional times. In the event of failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address information or unavailability of the recipient, the package may be returned to us.

In such cases, customers will be required to bear the cost of reshipping the order.

10. Delivery Timeline

Our goal is to ensure timely deliveries for all our customers, regardless of location. The delivery timeframe for your order will depend on your location and the weight of the product(s). We offer the following delivery estimates:

  • For domestic deliveries:
    • Metro cities: 2 to 7 business days
    • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 5 to 10 business days
    • Remote or rural areas: up to 12 business days
  • For international deliveries:
